Email Link In PowerPoint

  1. Select the object (text or graphic) you want to turn into a hyperlink.
  2. Right-click the object and choose Action Settings from the pop-up menu.
  3. From the Action Settings dialog box displayed, click Hyperlink to: and pick the URL… from the drop-down list box.
  4. From the Hyperlink To URL dialog box pop-up, type your email address into the text box using this format: mailto: (Example: )
  5. Click OK twice to close the window.
